    My suggestions:

    - The new blog appearance change doesn't look nice for some blogs, it would be great to have the option to customize it. Simply 2 switch options = change it like it was before or how it is now.

    - The possibility to add hashtags to the page header.

    - Create a small link on the page header for disclaimer or other info to a separate page.

    - Edit the comments or messages we have written and/or give a like and send a notification to the person.


    - Takeout/backup software to download all files like photos/videos and GIFs.


    - go back to page no. 1,2,3...


    - Analytics of the most reblogged and liked post within last week. Analyzes your posts and creates lists of popular posts (along with tracking followers, tags, notes, etc).


    - The possibility to delete the blog by yourself.

    I’m a gay man unhappy seeing female breasts in some kind of advertising in the form of a persistent banner at the bottom of every page. I’m also not interested in the Trivia Quiz and I wish I could turn both banners off.

    Unless it's "hidden" somewhere on the Help page, I can't find any kind of guidance for when a user has trouble signing in to newtumbl.  Perhaps it needs its own "headline" so users can find it more easily.

    It keeps telling me my password is wrong when I go to reset I put one in and it says wrong password it didn't give me a password please help

    The same thing happened to me 2 weeks ago.  Followed the links, set up a new password, and the system still said, "I don't know you."  Very frustrating.

    The real irony is that I _can_ sign on here at Zendesk but not on the main site.  Furthermore, a fellow user tells me that _both_ my blogs are now empty, devoid of any of the content I posted.

    Sadly, the Support people have not responded to any of my emails.  Helluva way to run a railroad.

    Well I'm still waiting for a reply to my help question from the "support" or "submit a request"., four emails over a four month period now no reply from support and still cannot upload video clips, well once in a blue moon I can, but mostly cannot.  I give up even trying to upload any clips for others to enjoy now.  Another thing that is starting to bug me, al the adverts on the main page for the "gay community" site ...which from recent past experience is a huge rippoff site...offers free membership, and when you click on the sign up it asks for credit card detail and then charges you after you complete the signup, and I'm still waiting for a refund.  Grrrr....sorry all, the list of complaints or gripes from me is getting longer....might just have to close my blog down and look elsewhere.

    Does the "support" even exist?

    I found a profile that flat-out states he is a meth dealer. I wouldn't think that would be allowed on this service since it is pretty much illegal everywhere. I do not see a way to flag the profile, only a post. None of the options fit for the flagging option. Also I could not find the "submit a request" easily. Not being very user-friendly. Granted, I have only been here about a day, but finding pages for these types of things would be helpful to resolve issues.

    I cannot post at all. It says I need to verify my email, but support never sent a link or code.Multiple requests have gone unanswered. I suspect there is no longer any support.

    I have submitted a request 4 times over about 2 months with no reply. It doesn't look like there is any support left. I am unable to do anything on my blog. Apparently I am masking my i.p address through a vpn/proxy, which is weird as I am still able to post on that censored blog tumblr.

    I am having more and more difficulty with the site loading, specifically adult content. Every time I refresh or tap the "NT" icon or says "your search took too long." This happens 10+ times. What can I do to get this fixed?

    Having trouble loading the feed.  Keep refreshing but it keeps saying "Your search took too long." Please refresh.  Also having trouble loading the dashboard. I have to refresh it a couple of times before it actually loads up. But the feed doesn't load up at all. Anyone else having the same problems?

    Yes Jeffrey Beck, we're in the same boat. And it's gotten worse since I made my post. I haven't been able to get the site to load one time since then! No matter how much I refresh, delete cookies, log off and log back in, it still won't load. The only way I've been able to view SOME content is by sing a specific search by typing in a word. The problem there is that I get a mounted l limited number of pics and only those related to my search, opposed to the usual most recent posts by members. And no one seems to be monitoring the site to help with this issue.

    You are not permitted to post content when using a vpn/proxy that obscures your IP Address.

     

    Still waiting for a solution to this.

    I have exactly the same problem, contacted the "helpdesk" many times, they never ever give any answer. Worst helpdesk ever! So rude, they just don't care

    Eammonsterley90 I don't even have VPN and also have it. Newtumbl does not respond to any of the problems, they don't even bother to tell us to fuck off, which would at least be honest

    Agreed Nieuwepoging. I don't know what having a VPN has to do with my initial problem so I just disregarded the other post. I'm still having issues getting the most recent posts and the help desk has done absolutely NOTHING in response. No one is monitoring the site

    I don't even have VPN, don't know what it is honestly. My proxy obscures something but I have no idea what it means or what to do about it. I thought maybe it had to do with my page having been blocked before for violation of the guidelines, not sure about that, but instead of telling me anything they just keep you in the dark

    Eamonnsterley90 and others I am having the same issue (getting VPN msg but no VPN). I haven't figured out how to contact supporrt yet. I get this message when I try to like or reblog. Also in chat it will not take my text. I did find that this happens on my home isp (spectrum ) but not with my mobile data (T Moble). Anyone else on spectrum?

    With the decreasing functionality and complete lack of response to support requests, I am considering migrating all four of my blogs elsewhere. It was great in the beginning but apparently NewTumbl was a flash in the pan. Maybe there isn't enough revenue to keep it going.

    Has anyone notice that some pics that you post has been deleted.  I have posted a few pics and when I go back to my page I notice those pics are no longer on my page.  What is up with that?  Never received word that they were flagged or anything.  They were just removed.

    Are there major site issues going on?  Half the time, pictures either won't load or I get a your request took to long to process when I try to open a page.  It's getting worse and worse.  I am sure you are getting a lot of traffic with Tumblr, and now with Twitter.  Is there anything being done about it?  I am wondering if I need to migrate to a different platform.  I love this platform, but I'm not sure if it's sustainable.  Thanks.
