Can I post NSFW/Adult content?

Yes. So long as you are over the age of consent and the content you post is not expressly prohibited by law. Illegal content includes things such as child pornography, bestiality and zoophilic pornography, speech that encourages hate or violence, and materials related to terrorism. Such content is not tolerated on newTumbl.

Posting is subject to our terms of service. If your post contains illegal content, whether you uploaded it yourself or merely reblogged it, your entire account and access to this service will be terminated. We will assist the proper authorities in any manner of prosecution they deem fit.

If there is a chance that your post might contain illegal content, do not post or reblog it!
