To create a blog:
- From the homepage, click your icon located on the upper right corner of the screen
- From the drop down menu, click "Manage Blogs"
- On the My Blogs page, choose either Public Blogs or Private Blogs (coming soon)
- Enter your new blog name and click "Create" to the right of the New Blog Name field
Important notes:
Blog names must be at least 4 characters long and can only contain letters, numbers, and dashes. Dashes cannot be at the beginning or end or back to back.
You can have a maximum of ten blogs.

So what is the point exactly of having terms of service, if you delete and censor people who aren't violating it? Whats the point exactly. If you don't want certain types of content then forbid them. Quit lying about what your terms of service are. Your lame website sucks bad enough as it is.
