Creating a newTumbl Account

To create your account:

• From the homepage, click "Get Started" to expand the account creation form
• Enter your email address
• Enter a secure password 
• Choose a username - this will be how you are identified on newTumbl
• Enter your birth year
• Read and agree to the Terms of Service by checking the box
• Click "Get Started" again when you've completed all of the above steps, and you're all set to go

Email Address

Your email address will not be shared with anyone. This includes both newTumbl users and third party sites. newTumbl will send you newsletter emails and newTumbl account communications. You can choose to not receive newTumbl newsletters at anytime.

After creating your account you will be required to verify your email address by clicking a verification link embedded in a Welcome Email. 

Username

Your username must be at least 4 characters long and can only contain letters, numbers, and dashes. Dashes cannot be at the beginning or end or back to back.

Your username will actually be the name of your first blog.

Your username is unique and cannot be used by anyone else.

Password

Your password must be at least 8 characters in length.
