Communication

Communication allows you to customize your options regarding anyone who interacts with your blogs. These options auto-save when you change them.

Way one to find your Communication settings:

Way two to find your Communication settings if you have more than one blog:

From the homepage, click your icon located on the upper right corner of the screen
From the drop down menu, click "Manage Blogs"
On the My Blogs page, choose either Public Blogs or Private Blogs (coming soon)
Click the ... to the right of the blog you'd like to change the settings of
From the drop down menu, click "Settings"
On the Blog Settings page, select Communication

Here are the settings available to you in Blog Settings/Communication:

Language:

Choose the language your blog will be displayed in. We currently offer 18 different languages to choose from.

Age Restrictions:

You can choose the exact age range of those who can interact with your blog. For example, if you are 35 years of age and you want only those 30 to 40 years of age to interact with your blog, you would allow users at least 5 years younger than you and at most 5 years older than you.

Messages:

Messages allow you to choose who, if anyone, can send you messages. Your message options are as follows:

Ask:

Ask allows you to choose who, if anyone, can ask you questions. Your ask options are as follows:

Submit:

Submit allows you to choose who, if anyone, can submit posts to you. Your submit options are as follows:

Allow anyone to submit posts to me
Only allow those who have followed me for more than a week to submit posts to me
Only allow those I follow to submit posts to me
Don't allow anyone to submit posts to me
