Why am I not receiving emails from newTumbl?
- Navigate to User Settings and double check to ensure your email is correct
- The newTumbl emails may have been filtered to your junk or spam folders - check those
- Make sure you add support@newtumbl.com to your Contacts/Address Book
- Change your email to another one you use and see if you receive our emails at the new address
I can't remember the email account I created my account with.
- Do a search in all of the email accounts you use with this exact phrase: @newtumbl.com
Important note:
NewTumbl has tremendous respect for account security/integrity and will never, ever share account information. If the steps above don't lead to email/account recovery, you can always start fresh with a new account.
